App vs. browser: what's the difference
The wiltoto app and web browser both connect to the same account and games. The app, however, stores game data on your phone so it loads faster on slow connections. Push notifications alert you when a Liga 1 match is about to start or when your withdrawal is processed. The app also keeps you logged in longer, so you do not need to re-enter your password each time you open it. On a browser, you refresh the page manually and may need to log in again if your session expires.
Device compatibility
Our wiltoto app works on Android 7.0 and later, and on iOS 12.0 and later. Most phones sold in the last five years meet these requirements. If your device is older, you can still use wiltoto through a web browser on any device with an internet connection. Tablet users can install the Android APK on compatible tablets or use the web app on iPad.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK file does not install, check that you have enabled Unknown Sources in your phone's security settings. Some Android devices block installation from files by default. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal — the wiltoto APK is signed with our security certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing your phone's cache by going to Settings → Apps → wiltoto → Storage → Clear Cache. If you still have trouble, uninstall the app and download it again from the wiltoto website.
Storage space required
The wiltoto app requires about 50 MB of free space on your device. If your phone is running low on storage, delete unused apps or files before installing.
Data, permissions, and account security on wiltoto
The wiltoto app requests permission to access your device's internet connection so it can load games and process payments. We do not access your contacts, photos, or files. Your account login and payment information are encrypted and stored securely on our servers. When you log in, your session is protected by a secure token that expires after a period of inactivity. If you lose your phone, you can log in from another device and change your password immediately. Your account balance and transaction history remain safe because they are stored on our servers, not on your phone.
Payment methods in the wiltoto app
Inside the wiltoto app, you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Tap the Deposit button in your account menu, select your payment method, and follow the prompts. Your balance updates once your payment provider confirms the transaction. Withdrawals work the same way — tap Withdraw, choose your payment method, and the funds return to your original account. Processing times vary by payment provider; mobile wallets typically settle faster than bank transfers, especially during holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha.
